Erasmus+ Incoming Students - Nomination and Application
Students wishing to undertake an Erasmus+ study mobility at the University of Kragujevac must first be officially nominated by their home university.
1 Nomination
Nominations should be submitted by the International Relations/Erasmus+ Office of the home university and should include:
- student's full name and email address;
- home university and faculty;
- field of study (ISCED code);
- level of study;
- planned mobility period (winter semester, summer semester or full academic year).

2 After nomination
Once the nomination has been received and confirmed, the student will be contacted directly by the University of Kragujevac and provided with further instructions.
Choosing Your Courses
The next step is the preparation of a preliminary Learning Agreement, based on the courses available at the University of Kragujevac. Before selecting courses, students should consult the Course Catalogue and coordinate their proposed study programme with their home institution. VIEW COURSE CATALOGUE.
When selecting courses, students should make sure that they:
- correspond to their field and level of study;
- are offered during the semester of the planned mobility;
- meet any specific prerequisites indicated for the selected course.
Where academically appropriate, students may select courses from different study programmes and faculties. The host faculty is generally determined by the student's field of study and the majority of courses included in the Learning Agreement.
- Please note: The University of Kragujevac has faculties located in Kragujevac, Cacak, Kraljevo, Jagodina, Uzice and Vrnjacka Banja, all nearby cities. When combining courses from different faculties, students should pay particular attention to their location.
Following nomination, students will relate to the relevant faculty Erasmus+ academic coordinator for academic guidance and approval of the proposed study programme.
3 Application documents
Following nomination, students are required to submit:
- Preliminary Learning Agreement
- Proof of student status/enrolment at the home university
- CV (Europass CV)
- Copy of passport/ID
- English language confirmation - minimum B1 level

PhD Students For PhD mobility, the Learning Agreement may include research activities rather than regular courses. The proposed research programme should be agreed with the relevant academic supervisor at the University of Kragujevac. |
Once the academic programme and required documentation have been approved, the University of Kragujevac will issue the Letter of Acceptance and provide the students with further instructions regarding the preparation of the mobility.
