Delegation of Taishan University from China visits the University of Kragujevac

The Chinese delegation also included Professor Li Cong, Dean of the School of Marxism; Professor Zhang Qingyun, Dean of the School of International Education; Chen Qing, Director of the Planning and Finance Office; and Professor Zhang Yan, Dean of the Taishan Research Institute. The meeting was also attended by a representative of the Faculty of Philology and Arts, Branka Milenkovic, PhD, Head of the Office for International Cooperation and Projects.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the further development of cooperation between the two higher education institutions, with particular emphasis on establishing regular communication and coordination for the implementation of future joint activities and projects.

Representatives of the two universities exchanged views on the possibilities of faculty and student mobility programs, opportunities for academic exchanges and internships, and the further internationalization of both institutions. Representatives of Taishan University presented their activities in the field of Chinese language and culture education, as well as opportunities for students of the University of Kragujevac to participate in short-term and long-term study programs and academic training in China.

The visit took place in a constructive atmosphere and confirmed the mutual interest in further strengthening academic and research ties, as well as in developing joint projects in areas of common interest.
